Employee Disciplines

For this employee select the disciplines for which they have experience by selecting the appropriate "Discipline Name". The "Disciplines by Province" screen will then appear for each discipline selected.

If only one discipline is selected you must first choose another discipline before deleting the initial one.

If you delete an employee, all associated information will be removed for that employee.

For each discipline you wish to register for, there must be at least one employee that has 5 years of experience for each discipline registered.

Adding Disciplines to an Employee's Record

  1. Click Add next to the appropriate discipline.
  2. Continue adding disciplines as necessary.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Save and Continue button to save this information and go to the Employees page.
    • Click Cancel to return to the Employees page without saving the information.

Editing Disciplines Found on an Employee's Record

  • Click Edit next to the appropriate discipline.

Deleting Disciplines Found on an Employee's Record

  • Click Delete next to the appropriate discipline.
